New York Chef is Returning Home to Orange County

Nicholas Cataldo, chef and restaurant enthusiast, returns to his home for his latest concept, Method. A restaurant focused on Latin infused tapas. With only a few months before opening, the process is testing  the chef's nerves.

Cataldo’s restaurant, Method, brings together a love of small plate dining with the fresh flavors of the coastal regions of Latin America. Method uses modern food styling and techniques with the flavors of the street and the old world. Themed inside an environment with unique styling, Method, reminds us of how far we’ve come without letting us forget where we came from. The restaurant seed to reveal a larger more complex version of what is traditionally considered tapas.

The restaurant will be located in Orange County and will focused on using as many local product as are available.  Method will stay true to the punk rock era of the area in both food and décor, setting trends while being familiar. The restaurant plans to open late spring of 2016.
